BackSporting Success in Cross Country and Football for Buchan pupils
Congratualtions to our 12 runners (6 boys and 6 girls) who ran at Poulsom Park on Tuesday 2 March. They competed in a field of over 200 athletes from all over the Island. Buchan won both the boys and girls team events and therefore came home with the overall trophy for the second year running. A fantastic team effort and well done to all!
On Tuesday 9 March the Southern Schools' Football Tournament was held at the Buchan. Ten teams took part and on a gloriously sunny day Buchan managed to beat Ballasalla in the final to retain the trophy we won last year. We did not concede a single goal in any of our 6 matches. Well done to all!
