The Spring Fair
The Spring Fair was held after school last Friday and was very well attended. The school dinning hall was beautifully decorated in greens and yellows and many of the children, staff and even parents were wearing the same Spring colours. The noise level was high, there were lots of happy smiling faces and the children had a wonderful time.
Reminder - Spring Fair - Friday 12 March 3.40 pm - 5.30 pm
Please keep the afternoon of Friday 12th March free to come along and enjoy
The Buchan Spring Fair with the children. Hopefully all children are working on their spring outfits. Mrs. Hedley has agreed they can come to school wearing yellow and green on Friday 12th March. Each year group will be responsible for the running of an individual stall as shown below. If you are available to help please contact the PLG representative as listed below or your child's class teacher.
FAB Manx Gourmet Dinner, Saturday 13 March 2010
On Saturday 13th March, the Barrovian Hall will be decked with Manx tartan and Manx flags for an evening of gourmet food and wines to celebrate the ‘Best of Mann’. This evening has been organised by Fiona Tipper and Ann Atkinson, two Buchan mums, to showcase the best in Manx produce and to celebrate our culinary heritage.
